The 16th Annual University City Loop Ice Carnival took place on Saturday, January 21, 2023 in University City. An estimated 13,000+ people checked out the 40+ Ice Sculptures, $1,000 coins in Ice Cubes Give Away with 9,000 Chocolate Coins in Ice Cubes, Temporary Tattoo Scavenger Hunt with prizes at Rich Rags, Live Ice Carving Demonstrations at Fitz's, Ice Ballerinas, Frozen Cornhole games, Stilt Walking Characters featuring Blizzard Wizard, Snow Bird & Jacqueline Frost, Strolling Magician featuring Zi Teng Wang, FREE Face Painting at RedLion Customs & Blueberry Hill, Beer and Setzer station at Three Kings Public House, DJ Rops & Charles in front of the Tivoli Parking Lot, FLUX INFERNOS Fire Performers at the Market in the Loop.
Loop Ice Carnival celebrates 16th year in University City
Saturday, Jan. 21, was the first year it's returned since the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020.
